Challenges I Face

I would say the biggest challenge I personally faced was juggling several tasks at once. There was a point where I was working on three things for three people and all of them wanted it done relatively soon. The biggest challenges that has arisen at my site is a student who constantly acts out in class for what the teachers can only assume is attention. They are now meeting with his parents and getting him a counselor in the hopes that he calms down and becomes a better and more proactive student.
