Communication in the Workplace

While I knew that teachers communicated with each other about class layout and future plans. I didn't know that it extended as far as offering to do other teachers work during their prep period or offering other teachers their prep period so they can have more time to accomplish various tasks. Me communicating with my colleagues gave me the chance to know when they needed things done, any change in scheduling, any specific ways they wanted me to get something done, so forth.
