Qualities and Characteristics

The characteristic I noticed the most among my colleagues is that they are both patient and out going, Two things that I am not known for having. I hope that I could to be as patient as some teachers are with difficult students. Lack of patience is one of the many things that stem from having ADHD. I am often not very patient nor do I often try to go the extra mile when it comes to school work. While I'm sure that their passion for teaching helps them find more of these qualities, they are also people that are more willing to go that extra mile in a way I can't, but wish I could.
